nvmyesterday training damn .... ,we run like nobody business and do squats because i think easier if do push-ups more worse la
i have been wondering,our class gt study anot because i ask some of my classmates gt wat hw and they said dont know,i dont wan to said who....ok end here le but tmr training confirm need to run another 30 or 40 rounds le because need to finish our 300 rounds before term 1 end
